Dr. Grasso has provided anesthesia, lines, and monitoring for 20,000 surgical cases and many with his colleague, facial plastic surgeon Dr. Ernest Robinson. He still practices anesthesia on a part-time basis at San Antonio Community Hospital, where he has served as past department chairman and anesthesia obstetric chairman. He cofounded Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. in 1996 with his wife, nurse practitioner and CEO, Mina Grasso.

Dr. Grasso is a member of:
American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery
American College of Phlebology
California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery
International Society of Cosmetic and Laser Surgeons.

Dr. Grasso also has been extensively involved in anti-aging medicine. He has become a Diamond Provider of Botox and a Double Platinum Level Restylane Provider (highest levels possible) through extensive education and training courses. Dr. Grasso oversees a professional staff of two physicians, one nurse practitioner, and two RNs. Dr. Grasso and his staff strive to bring you the latest treatments and techniques available.
