Introducing Mina Grasso, co-founder and CEO of Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. in Upland. Her education started with a Nursing Degree from Loma Linda University in 1983. She became involved with the Nurse Practitioner Program at UCLA early on, achieving her Masters Degree in Nursing in 1988. After a few years of honing skills in family practice she was chosen to be the first nurse practitioner in the emergency room at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Throughout her career, she was especially inspired to help those with facial disfigurement or scars as a result of traumatic injuries, reconstruction after cancer surgery or birth defects, and burn victims.
Mina made her vision a reality with entry into aesthetic medicine in 1997 providing permanent makeup, scar camouflage and areolar tattooing for breast cancer survivors (which she still offers complimentarily). In 1999, Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. became the first Medical Spa in the Inland Empire.
Acquiring expertise in non-surgical Facial injectables, Mina has popularized the “Liquid Facelift” using tailored combinations of Restylane, Perlane, Juvéderm, Voluma, Radiesse, Sculptra, Bellafill, Botox and Dysport. She and her husband, Allure’s Medical Director, John Grasso M.D., continually search for the latest most-effective treatment for veins, hair removal, hair restoration, tattoo removal, cellulite, fat, acne, scars and anti-aging skin rejuvenation to bring to the Inland Empire.

Dr. John Grasso has provided anesthesia, lines, and monitoring for over 20,000 surgical cases and many more with his colleague, facial plastic surgeon Dr. Ernest Robinson. To this day, he still practices anesthesia on a part-time basis at San Antonio Community Hospital, where he has served as the department chairman and anesthesia obstetric chairman. In 1996, he co-founded Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. with his wife, nurse practitioner and CEO, Mina Grasso.
Dr. Grasso has been extensively involved in anti-aging medicine; traveling around the world and attending countless meetings and conferences in search of new and revolutionary treatments. Through extensive education and training courses, he has become a Diamond Provider of Botox and a Double Platinum Level Restylane Provider.
At Allure Image, Dr. Grasso oversees a professional staff of one nurse practitioner, four RNs, and three medical assistants. Through his extensive knowledge and experience in the field, Dr. Grasso and his staff strive to bring you the newest and most revolutionary treatments and techniques available.
